In connection to Colombia’s latest elections, GOYN Bogotá developed a public policy paper with recommendations on the agenda of the Opportunity Youth in Colombia for the National Development Plan (NDP). The NDP is the National Government's plan for the next four years 2022-2026, which is currently being consolidated for implementation in Colombia’s Congress. (In Spanish.)
