This study aims to understand and provide recommendations to help companies of all sizes and sectors promote a more equitable and fair journey of productive inclusion for young people. It also seeks to encourage the increased hiring of young talent through more inclusive recruitment, selection, and professional development initiatives. To that end, the study highlights good practices that are already being implemented in the market.
